Anhydrous liquefied ammonia

Anhydrous liquefied ammonia is mainly used for the production of urea, ammonium nitrate, diluted nitric acid, in various sectors of industry and agriculture, for the production of aqueous solutions used in medicine, for the national economy, and other types of chemical industries. Export is possible.

GOST: 6221–90
HS Code: 2814100000
Annual capacity: 475,000 tons

Anhydrous liquefied ammonia is produced in three grades depending on the area of application:
A – for nitric acid production, nitration, as a refrigerant, and for creating protective atmospheres;
Ak – for export supplies;
B – for fertilizer production and agricultural use.

Safety requirements:
At normal temperature and atmospheric pressure, ammonia is in a gaseous state. Gaseous ammonia belongs to flammable gases, while liquid ammonia is classified as a hardly flammable substance. In terms of impact on the human body, it belongs to toxic substances of hazard class 4.
